Club Policies and Procedures have been implemented to better serve our members.
Terms and Conditions:
- Player must be four (4) years old to be eligible to play based on the FYSA Age Eligibility Chart. 3’s & 4’s are able to participate in our First Touch Program.
- Registration fee paid must be paid in full at time of registration. Full payment does not guarantee a player’s eligibility to play, all documents must be completed,submitted and accepted by OCSC and FYSA.
- All Players must provide proof of medical insurance and a name of responsible party (in case of injury).
- All Players must provide a copy of the players birth certificate (not original). Hospital Birth Certificates are not acceptable, or copy of their valid Passport showing a photo of the child and birth date information.
- Fees for registration are non-refundable except for those reasons specified under the Refund Policy.
- In order to play in the Greater Central Florida Youth Soccer League (U10 and above), all OCSC players must have a valid and current Player’s Pass from FYSA. These cards are delivered to and controlled by the coch of the team.
Refund Policy:
The Orange County Soccer Club’s will refund all or some of the registration fees only under the following circumstances:
- OCSC administration is unable to place your child in a team (full refund).
- Your child becomes sick or injured prior to the start of the season and unable to play the sport from that point forward. (Full refund dependent upon whether OCSC has submitted paperwork to the FYSA).
Unless one of the above reasons are not met, OCSC will not refund the registration fees.
Privacy Policy:
We are highly sensitive to the privacy interests of our families, and believe that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its responsibilities, we have adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about our playing famalies that it acquires in the course of its business:
1. Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
2. Our Volunteers and Privacy. We train all of our volunteers about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about our members only to those volunteers who require it to perform their jobs.
3. Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the members, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
5. Credit Card Informaiton. We do not store in our systems or databases any Credit Card information. We utilize services provided by Demosphere as our Credit Card transaction provider. The information entered during registration or any other Credit Card transaction is used solely for payment and transaction purposes.
6. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners such as GCF and FYSA, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
