Season seat customers are permitted to exchange one expired match for a maximum amount of tickets from the expired match, or less for a future match. Eligible exchanges are listed below.
Tickets are re-issued in same value or less; seating is based on availability for the selected exchange match; no upgrades. An exchange must be requested after the expired match, and no later than 5 business days prior to the selected exchange match.
Season seat holders must contact an Account Executive at 949-647-GOAL. No exchanges are available at the stadium box office.
The Orange County SC Account Manager is an online solution that enables season seat holders to manage their seats.
To access your personal Orange County SC Account Manager account, follow these 3 easy steps.
Simply login to your personal account and select the "Pay Invoice" option. There, you can view your invoices, make playoff payments and renew your season seats package for next year.
Take advantage of this option and avoid the hassles of making payments in-person, over the phone or by mail.
Now you can send your tickets to virtually anyone before and up to 2 hours before a match, via the "Ticket Forwarding" option. Login and select the tickets you wish to send, enter the recipient's information and select "Forward".
Each of your season tickets carries a unique barcode, ensuring that they are authentic. During the forwarding process, the barcode on your original season ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued electronically. The recipient is sent a new ticket via TicketFast® with a unique barcode that can be printed right away.
