REFUND POLICY DUE TO CANCELLATION OF GAME

Due to the continued inclement weather forecast and concern for players safety on the playing surface, the Vissel Kobe USA Tour  matches versus Toronto FC this past SATURDAY FEBRUARY 2  AND the previoulsy scheduled match versus ORANGE COUNTY SC on TUESDAY FEBRUARY 5 have now been cancelled.   

IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR TICKET ONLINE AT TICKETMASTER (TM.com) for either game, Ticketmaster will refund  the  purchase value of your ticket automatically and notify you via email in the coming days.  

IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR TICKET BY TELEPHONE DIRECTLY FROM THE ORANGE COUNTY SC for either game, you will be notified about the status of refunds via  email from OCSC.

IF YOU PURCHASED A TICKET WITH THE  VIP meet and greet package, the VIP Event is still scheduled for Monday evening 2/4 however, the prorated value of the game ticket will be refunded to the method of payment.   

The purchased value of your ticket will only be credited back to the method of payment used.   Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your credit card institution’s policy.
