FAQ’s
What if I can’t make a match?
Half-Season Members can contact their account representative to exchange their one allotted game. Members also have the flexibility to transfer tickets to friends or family at any time!
What are my payment options?
Half Season Members may use one of two payment plans. A credit card is required for each account, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Lump Sum Plan – Half Season members may also pay for the cost of their Ticket(s) in full using a credit card.
Two-Month Installment Plan – Half Season Members may choose to pay for their Ticket(s) over two interest-free monthly payments. Payments will be automatically charged to the card on file according to the dates provided at the time of enrollment in the plan.
Where can I access and manage my tickets?
You can access and manage all your tickets by signing in to your OCSC Ticketmaster Account Manager Portal. When signing in please use the same email address associated with your account. Once logged in, select My Events from the top navigation bar to view all of your tickets. From there, you can add tickets to your mobile wallet or transfer them to someone else.
What benefits do half season members have?
Half-Season Members receive 10% off all merchandise in the OCSC Team Store and 10% off food and beverage purchases at home games. Members also get access to exclusive Beer Fest and Uncorked ticket bundles, presale access for all events and playoff matches, a dedicated account representative for personalized support, and the flexibility to move one game if needed.
