FAQ’s
What if I can’t make a match?
Orange County Soccer Club offers flexible options for Season Ticket Members who cannot attend a match. Members may take advantage of the Match Exchange Program, which allows you to bank tickets in advance for games you are unable to attend and redeem them for future matches (subject to availability). In addition, Season Ticket Members may also transfer their tickets to another user, such as friends, family, or colleagues, for any home match. All individuals using transferred tickets are required to comply with all OCSC policies.
What is the Season Ticket Exchange Program?
Season Ticket Members have the benefit of participating in the match exchange program. Season Ticket members may “bank” tickets in advance for matches they are unable to attend. Banked tickets may be redeemed for additional tickets to future matches, subject to availability. To bank tickets, the Season Ticket Members must notify their Sales Representative no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled match. Requests made after the commencement of a match will not be honored. When redeeming banked tickets, the team will make reasonable efforts to seat the Season Ticket Members in proximity to their original Season Ticket location; however, exact placement cannot be guaranteed. A maximum of five (5) matches per season may be banked.
Can I bring friends/family?
Season Ticket Members may purchase additional tickets (“Add-On Tickets”) for friends or family at a rate equivalent to the per-game price under their Season Ticket Plan. Add-On Tickets may be obtained through the Account Manager platform or directly through the Season Ticket Member’s Sales Representative.
What are my payment options?
Season Ticket Members may use one of two payment plans. A credit card is required for each Season Ticket Member account, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Monthly Installment Plan – Season Ticket Members may choose to pay for their Season Ticket(s) through a monthly installment plan. Members can select a schedule that works best for them from the available options. Payments will be automatically charged to the card on file according to the dates provided at the time of enrollment in the plan.
Lump Sum Plan – Season Ticket Member may also pay for the cost of their Season Ticket(s) for the upcoming Season by payment in full using a Credit Card.
Can I use my deposit credit for something other than Season Tickets?
Deposit credits may only be applied toward 2026 ticket packages. This includes Season Tickets, Flex Packs, or Group Tickets for the 2026 season.

- If you haven’t set up your account yet, select Forgot Password to create your login.
- Once logged in, click Invoice in the top navigation bar to set up your payment.
Where can I access and manage my tickets?
You can access and manage all your tickets by signing in to your OCSC Ticketmaster Account Manager Portal. When signing in please use the same email address associated with your account. Once logged in, select My Events from the top navigation bar to view all of your tickets. From there, you can add tickets to your mobile wallet or transfer them to someone else. All you need is a first and last name along with the email linked to your account. You can also purchase additional tickets at your season-ticket member rate by selecting the Buy Tickets tab.
How do I submit ticketing requests and what is the deadline?
All ticketing requests must be emailed to OCSC no later than 48 hours before kickoff for the match in question. This includes (but is not limited to) banking tickets, redeeming banked tickets, and purchasing Add-On tickets. Requests submitted after the deadline cannot be guaranteed. If you are unsure who your ticket representative is, please contact tickets@orangecountysoccer.com, and we will connect you with them.
