In 2025, Palomino recorded 5 goals in 25 appearances (1,386 minutes) for GIF Sundsvall in Sweden’s Superettan second division.
From 2023–2025, he competed in Sweden’s Superettan, first with AFC Eskilstuna in 2023 (5 goals in 24 appearances) before joining GIF Sundsvall, where he amassed 12 goals and 3–4 assists across 76 appearances over three seasons in Europe’s competitive environment.
