IRVINE, Calif. (February 6, 2018) – Orange County SC announced Goalkeeper Casey Beyers will re-join the club for its 2018 season.
Beyers made his first appearance for the club in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup on May 17 vs. FC Golden State Force, recording a 5-2 win. He went on to make his first USL appearance for Orange County SC on September 17 at Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 where he recorded 3 saves and a 3-2 win. He first joined the club after graduating from the University of Wisconsin in 2017.
“Casey is a hard-working, talented player and we are thrilled to have him return in 2018,” said Orange County SC General Manager and Executive Vice President Oliver Wyss. “We are looking forward to watching Casey further develop and grow with us this season.”
