Additional Ticket Information
You can access your Orange County SC Account Manager, using the email associated with your OCSC Season Tickets. Click on the Sign In icon located in the top right of the screen. If you forgot your password or have never logged in, click “Forgot Password”. Once logged in you can manage your events (tickets), transfer your tickets, check your invoice, update your profile, and buy add-on tickets.
*You will not be able to view your tickets’ barcodes on your computer. Since they are mobile tickets, you will only be able to view them on your phone and will not be able to print at home.
- After following the steps to log into your Account Manager on the OCSC App, find the game or event, then tap on “View Barcode”. You can also add to your phone’s wallet.
- Screenshots will not be accepted at the gate entrance. Note: If you do not see a barcode on your mobile ticket, just know that your ticket is using tap technology to enter. Using the same technology as Apple or Google Pay. Our trained ticket scanners will be able to assist with any questions on scanning.
- If you cannot attend a match you are able to transfer those tickets to a different match. (As inventory is available)
- Please reach out to your Service Representative prior to the match that you will not attend. Let them know what match you will not be attending, and they will be able to help you transfer those tickets to the new match. Once the match has passed you will not be able to transfer unused tickets. Unscanned tickets are NOT eligible for transfer.
- Log into Orange County SC Account Manager. Click on Buy Tickets in the top navigation bar. Click on the event you would like to buy tickets to. Select the seats you would like to buy. Select your discounted season ticket holder price. Add to the cart and check out.
