Exclusive Commemorative Merch Coming from Official League
Legendary Orange County rock band Social Distortion are partnering with USL Champions Orange County SC for a special night of celebration on May 13, 2022.
The night will include an appearance by Mike Ness, curated music by the band, specialty limited editions kits and an on-field celebration taking place at Championship Soccer Stadium when OCSC takes on FC Tulsa at 7pm PST.
Social Distortion’s famous icon, Skelly, will be trading the martini glass for a soccer ball in a special limited edition Official League capsule collection. The collection includes 2 Official League hats, shirt, hoodie and on field kit. Proceeds from sales will raise money for the non-profit organization, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County.
“Community is at the heart of everything we do,” said OCSC’s SVP of International Dan Rutstein. “Social D are part of the fabric of Orange County, and we wanted to celebrate them and their fans with this special partnership. We can’t wait to have the guys at the stadium and share a celebration of music and sport.”
The merchandise was developed with the fast-growing brand, Official League, the new lifestyle apparel brand elevating pro sports merch with fashion, art and design in the forefront, 50 of each item will be available at ocscshop.com starting today. The rest of the collection will be for sale at the May 13th game.
Social Distortion kicks off their European tour on May 30, 2022 in Sesto San Giovanni, Italy. The group’s next Southern California show is scheduled for November 3, 2022 as part of the Outlaw Country West experience at sea.
